Assessments that inform teaching

A score is a starting point. Understanding is the goal.

Your questions. Your classroom. A simple path from setting an assessment to knowing where students need help.

01

Start with your questions

Import multiple-choice questions, answer keys, explanations, and chapter tags from Excel. Preview before assigning.

02

Set the right conditions

Choose the class and subject, add a due date, or schedule a timed assessment with a start and closing time.

03

Let students respond

Students complete assigned assessments in their own workspace. Objective answers are scored automatically.

04

Decide what comes next

Review class and individual results. Release feedback immediately or when you are ready, and plan targeted follow-up.

From results to next steps

Know who needs support.
See what to revisit.

Use the evidence in each assessment to make your next lesson more focused.

Participation

Who still needs to take part?

See completed and pending submissions at a glance. Follow up with the right students before moving on.

Completion tracking · Student-level results
Score patterns

Who may need more support?

Look beyond the class average. Score ranges and individual results help you recognise progress and plan focused practice.

Score distribution · Individual performance
Learning gaps

Which ideas need another explanation?

Find the most-missed questions, common wrong answers, and chapter-level patterns. Use those clues to revisit concepts with your class.

Missed questions · Wrong-answer patterns · Chapter insights

Review a single assessment, a student, or patterns across assessments. Chapter insights use the tags in your questions.

Talk to us
Can teachers use their own assessment questions?

Yes. Teachers can import multiple-choice questions from Excel, including answer keys, explanations, and optional chapter tags. They can preview the questions, choose a class and subject, and set a due date or timed assessment window.

What does assessment analytics show?

Teachers can review completed and pending submissions, individual results, score distributions, most-missed questions, common wrong answers, and chapter-level insights where questions have chapter tags. These help teachers decide whom to follow up with and what to revisit.

When can students see their results?

Teachers control result release. An assessment can show results immediately after submission or keep results for the teacher to release later. Students can review released results and the explanations provided with the questions.

How do XP and gamified learning work?

Students earn 50 XP for a completed assessment, 5 XP for a daily login, and 10 XP for their first visit to eligible learning tools. Teachers can also award XP with a reason. As XP grows, students unlock themes for their workspace. Quiz Arena adds timed team challenges to classroom learning.

Which sections are in Beta?

Maths Labs and Science Labs are in Beta, along with the developing Social Science curriculum experiences. Available lessons and activities vary by class and chapter. The page labels these curriculum sections separately from the assessment and classroom tools.

Can we use Lab Inspire on our existing devices?

Lab Inspire runs in supported browsers on computers, tablets, and classroom displays, including interactive panels and projectors. It can also be installed as a web app on supported devices. Selected lesson packages support offline teaching after they have been downloaded in advance; other features need an internet connection.

Is there a separate experience for KG learners?

Yes. The KG workspace brings together Animal World, Number World, Memory Match, Letter World, Tamil World, and Art Studio, with visual activities for early exploration.

Can the platform use our school branding?

Yes. Schools can use their name, logo, and colours with individual student logins and a school-specific administration workspace for classes, staff, and access. There is no setup or onboarding fee. Contact us to discuss the plan and rollout for your school.
